Raw Material Transparency is Possible
Open Source Traceability Platform for National Mineral Supply Chains
We believe the world needs open-source software for governments to track raw material flows.
Join us to make this a reality.
Open-Source Transparency
Most traceability solutions are designed with companies in mind.
Governments need their own solution.
We have designed the architecture for an open-source software robust enough for government use. It allows governments of extractive economies to manage and trace their mineral and raw material production, issue licenses, and share data in an internationally standardized format.
Governments of extractive economies do not need to be beholden to private solution providers to meet international buying expectations. Together we can make transparent sourcing normal.
Open Source Traceability Application
With an Apache 2.0 License, the system is free and flexible and suitable for both large operations and Artisanal and Small Scale producers.
National Materials Database
A government-grade platform to register operators, issue licenses and monitor mineral flows. The NMD can connect to third party applications via it's API.
International Interoperability
The platform implements the United Nations Transparency Protocol (UNTP), an internationally recognized standard that connects local industry transparency to international markets.
We believe
Transparency is Essential
Transparency is the foundation of trust in global supply chains. It enables clear, accountable sourcing that reassures stakeholders, meets regulatory standards, and supports sustainable development. Without transparency, supply chains risk fragmentation, inefficiency, and reputational damage.
Governments Need Data Sovereignty
Traceability and transparency systems have until now been run privately. Governments need to control critical supply chain data to fulfil their role in the responsible sourcing ecosystem.
An Open-Source Platform Must Exist
Many governments in extractive economies do not have the resources to independently develop their own technology platforms. They need a complete open-source solution.
We All Contribute to the Solution
To have responsibly-sourced products we need a supply of responsibly-sourced raw materials. An open-source traceability and transparency platform makes this possible. We need to you to join us to make this a reality. Become a signatory to our mission paper and contribute to the Revalio project.
Pledge Your Support
Revalio can only exist when governments, mining companies, and other stakeholders join us in building a more transparent and ethical mining industry. Please read our Purpose Document and pledge your support as a signatory. Together, we can set new standards for mineral traceability in Africa and beyond.
