Collection and processing of personal data
We only collect, use and pass on your personal data if it is permitted by law (in particular by the Basic Data Protection Ordinance, “DSGVO”, as enacted by the European Union) or if you consent to the collection of your personal data. Personal data is hereby defined as all information that serves to determine your person and which can be traced back to you.
What personal information is collected and why such information is collected
When you visit the Revalio website, the device with which you access it automatically transmits log data (connection data) to the server of Webflow (also referred to as “Webflow”) from which the website is operated. This log information includes the IP address of the device you use to access the website or service, the type of browser you use, the websites you visited previously, your system configuration, and the date and time of your visit. We, respectively Webflow, only store IP addresses to the extent that they deem necessary in order to best provide our services. Otherwise the IP addresses will be deleted or made anonymous. Your IP address during your visit to this Revalio website is stored for a maximum of 7 days for the purpose of detection and defense against any possible cyber attack.
We process the data mentioned for the following purposes in addition to statistical purposes:

Cookies and pixel
We and Webflow, as the host of this website, use cookies and pixels at various points on the Revalio website.
Cookies are small identifiers that a server stores on the terminal device with which you access relevant websites or services. They contain information that can be called up when accessing our website related services and thus enable a more efficient and better use of the website features.

Referrals (Links)
The Revalio website may contain links to websites of other providers (e.g. Linkedin). Whereas Revalio provides access to the use of this content through an external link (§ 8 German Telemedia Act, TMG). External links open in a new browser window. This makes it clear to the user from when he leaves the pages of Revalio. The operator of the respective other website is responsible for the content of external links and compliance with data protection regulations. Revalio has no influence on this. The external providers usually receive from your browser, in addition to other data, information about the page from which you came to their site. External providers are solely responsible for this data collection.
Internal links are opened on the Internet pages of Revalio in the same browser window in which they were selected. PDF documents are an exception to this. Embedded content from other websites
Revalio may use videos that are published on websites of the company YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereinafter: "YouTube"), a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: "Google"). Whereas Revalio is embedding the videos via so called “iframing” protocols on our Revalio website and on the basis of a consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Please note that the framed YouTube content is embedded in the Revalio website by using the option of the "extended data protection mode" as provided by YouTube. When you access a page that has an embedded video, it connects to the YouTube servers and displays the content on the website by notifying your browser. According to YouTube, in the "extended data protection mode", your data will only be transmitted to the YouTube server in the USA when you click on the presented play button to watch the video. By clicking on the video, you consent to this transmission with the effect that your data, in particular which pages from the Revalio website you have visited and device-specific information including the IP address, is transmitted to YouTube (and Google).
If you are logged in to YouTube (or other Google accounts) at the same time, this information will be associated with your YouTube account (or other Google account) and, as the case may be, with data collected from both permanent and session cookies implemented and used by YouTube, Google and/or other parties associated with them. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account(s) before clicking on the embedded video and by blocking the use of cookies.

No external services are used by Revalio directly to analyze the use of our website. However, as described above, in case you click on the YouTube videos presented on our Revalio website, YouTube and Google as well as service providers commissioned by YouTube and/or Google may analyze the use of the website(s).

The data transmitted when using the website will be shared with the host of this website. As mentioned, this website is hosted by Webflow (also referred to as “Webflow”). Webflow is headquartered in San Francisco, 398 11th Street, United States.
Stored data can be analyzed by an automated spam detection service of Webflow, or by the service provider commissioned by Webflow.

As outlined above with regard to the video content embedded on Revalio website by framing the linked YouTube video, once you click on the video data is shared with YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, and Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Stored data can be analyzed by YouTube LLC and Google Inc., or by the service provider commissioned by them.

Besides the aforementioned cases, passing on of the described data to third parties does not take place in principle.
A transfer of your data is considered according to a consent in terms of Art. 6 Par. 1 S.1 lit. a DSGVO, provided that you have given your express consent.
Also, data collected when accessing the website of Revalio or when we receive your inquiries or messages will be transmitted to third parties if we are legally or by court order obliged to do so or if this is necessary in the event of attacks on the Internet infrastructure for legal or criminal prosecution (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
How long will your data be stored by Revalio
Your IP address during your visit to our website is usually stored for a maximum of 7 days in order to detect and defend against possible cyber attacks. The data stored by Revalio will be deleted if it is no longer required for this intended use. There are no legally binding retention periods. If deletion is not possible because the data is required for legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
As stated above, Webflow, YouTube and Google also uses both permanent and session cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your web browser. Permanent cookies remain on your terminal until they are no longer necessary to serve their purpose and then are deleted.
